FAQ
- Zi Wei or BaZi — which is easier to start with?
- Zi Wei reads through palaces and star imagery, so it feels more concrete; BaZi works through element relationships and is more abstract. They complement each other.
- What are the Four Transformations?
- Lu (flow), Quan (control), Ke (renown) and Ji (fixation) — four markers flying into different palaces, showing where each life area's energy goes.
- How do decades and years work?
- A decade (Da Xian) is a ten-year palace theme; yearly charts stack on top of it. The chart marks where the current decade and year stand.
